Any business in
this world needs an association to scrap the difficulties aroused due to
government policies and decisions taken by the controlling Government
Department. Tamil Nadu Internet Center Owners Association (TNICOA) is a
private, non profit, association which supports all the cafe owners
throughout Tamil Nadu, in all aspects of day to day business.
This Association
was started with 10 members initially on 28th February 2008 to bring all
Tamil Nadu Internet Centre Owners under one umbrella. The pain, stress and
strain shouldered by the responsible 10 members brought the Association to
the count of 500 plus and it is still in the increasing pace. All the
members are in the respectable positions in the Society and taking care of
the Association in a very neat way. The rapport developed by the Association
with the Police Department is really remarkable and never go down with the
support of the other members. The mission of the association is to promote
all Internet cafes to super value cafes in a positive light, to serve as a
forum for sharing information between members, to obtain discounts and
benefits from companies who could do business with the Internet cafes by
increasing revenues, to assist all members in aspects of abiding by the
rules and regulations and to stand by the members side at the time of
despair.
