Dear Friends,
We have planned to celebrate our 1st Anniversary as a family function on 1st
March 2009. We have dispatched the invitation to each and every member
separately. Those who have not received please take this as your invitation
and attend the family get-together without fail.
We have made special arrangements in the get-together especially for women
and children. It is a 100% entertainment function for the entire family.
There will be a welcome drink and special games for men, women, and
children. Children can enjoy unlimited popcorn, chocolate fountain, cotton
candy, tattoo, face painting, cartoon character, swimming pool and so on.
Games, Mehendi, music party are for the women. Face Drawing (Portrait) is a
special attraction. There will be lucky draw for every entry and there are
lot of prizes to be won. Lot of fun games are there, which will make this
event unforgettable one throughout your life. What not?
The event starts at 10.30 a.m. and ends at 4.00 p.m. with High Tea. Children
below 12 years only allowed in the swimming pool. Please bring necessary
clothes for swimming. There will be a music party, those who are interested
and talented, can sing and can even dance to the tune. The venue is located
in a different atmosphere with full of trees.
There will be two types of unlimited food – veg and non-veg. The menu will
be given soon. As a token of celebration, you can also bring your staffs and
to entertain them we will conduct games especially for them alone.
Entry fee is Rs. 300 for 2 persons (minimum) and for additional entry you
can just pay Rs. 100/- each (No entry fee for infants below 5 years). Just
think about the revenue generated by our association through various revenue
models such as Clinks, India Infoline, Flightraja and Customer Needz. It is
time for you to prove your support to our Association. No more excuses, only
we need your support from your side. We are going to prove the world that we
have achieved so much within a short span of 1 year. It is our family
function and we are bound to make it a grand success. We have planned to
invite press media to cover the program and also inviting police officials
with their family. It is a great chance to mingle with them.
A team of our members headed by me, our vice president Ananda Murugan and
Our Stalwart Nevis will approach you to distribute the coupons. Please
co-operate with them as they visit you amidst their busy business schedule.
If possible, you can go directly and collect coupons from the area incharges
too.
